Our seafood grocery has reopened its doors and welcomes you from Tuesday to Friday, from 11am to 6pm. For the take-away services, please contact us beforehand by phone to make sure that we will be able to satisfy you.
Chosen by Le Comptoir du Caviar for its sincere environmental commitment and its recognized expertise for 25 years, the farm "L'Esturgeonnière" controls the entire life cycle of sturgeon, from the hatchery, to the farm, up to the transformation workshop.
On the tasting side, the 2020 vintage of spring caviar is characterized by its subtlety and silky. Its grains are melting from the first sensations on the palate, before revealing a supple and intriguing resistance, then revealing buttery and nutty notes.
